As part of our newsletter system (www.mailchimp.com), we only process the data you provide: name, email address

You have the option of subscribing to our newsletter via our website. For this we need your e-mail address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter. As soon as you have registered for the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with a link to confirm your registration.

You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Please simply send the cancellation to the following email address: office@huberista.com.

We will then delete your data in connection with the newsletter dispatch. This revocation does not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent up to the time of revocation.

As part of our enterprise management solution (ERP), we collect and process the following data from you:

  • Name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and, if applicable, your website
  • for business partners, the UID and other company and personal data in the form of scanned documents

As part of our point-of-sales solution (www.hellocash.at), we only process the data provided:

  • e-mail address and, if applicable, name, address, telephone number

Currently we do not collect or process any personal data on our other websites or social (facebook, instagram, tumblr, pinterest).

When booking an appointment, your data will be stored for the purpose of booking an appointment.

We may store parts of this data in our merchandise management system (ERP).
